Programmer, Minsk Division of USSR Organisation KACKАД (CASCADE). Created КОБИН (Complex of Exchange of Information).
1979 - 1999
Leading Programmer (led at age 29 a team of 50 programmers in a computer department) at military-related institutions.
1999
Entered private business: President of BELPOT (joint venture), dealer of Fujitsu AG in Belarus. Led an NGO supporting children with disabilities, accredited by UNHCR.
Created project “Computer Vocational Center as a Virtual Class Prototype”. First version released.
As a hobby: creator, owner, and editor-in-chief of two newspapers — “Женская Газета” (Woman's Newspaper) and “Мужской Клуб” (Man’s Club).
Opposed Lukashenko dictatorship; NGO and newspapers were shut down, leading to emigration from Belarus.
1999
Came to Canada. Shifted to a quieter life. Became President of a small local NGO at the Jones Avenue Adult Centre, Toronto.
Created “IFI 2000 Pakette and Landscaping” project. Recognized as a winner at the Toronto Millennium Stars 2000. Organized several cultural events at the Centre.
2014
Moved from Toronto to Niagara Falls. Continued living in a quiet mode.
2026
Switched to “afterburner mode.” Created the “Golden Policy Project,” currently under development.
